16 April 2026, Bern, Hotel Schweizerhof: General Assembly, followed by the AIPPI Swiss Day focusing on the following topics:
• Parody in trademark law
• Legal challenges associated with divisional patent applications
Following this event, we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of AIPPI Switzerland with a festive reception featuring a cocktail dinner on the rooftop terrace of Hotel Schweizerhof.

25 June 2026: Joint webinar organised by AIPPI, VESPA, VIPS and VSP dedicated to the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

2 September 2026, Bern: Seminar on the revision of the Patent Act, organised by the IGE/IPI in cooperation with all professional associations.

20 October 2026, Bern, Welle 7: Evening event dedicated to Swiss procedural law, followed by a standing dinner reception.

26 November 2026: Webinar on the ongoing Study Questions (SQs) and the 2026 resolutions.
