As every year, we have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the preparation of the national reports to the AIPPI Study Questions on the following current IP topics:

1) Q297 – Divisional applications and double patenting,

2) Q298 – Parody (and freedom of expression) as a defense to trade mark infringement,

3) Q299 – Online infringement and territoriality considerations / issues of geoblocking,

4) Q300 – Dynamic blocking injunctions, and

5) Microbiome Standing Committee Study Question.

Preparation of the Study Question Reports is an excellent opportunity to organize working teams and meetings with other members of the Swiss Group, as well as an opportunity to promote the work of AIPPI and publish it in the Sic!

The national reports need to be submitted to AIPPI International by 17 April 2026 and will be discussed during the 2026 AIPPI World Congress in Hamburg, Germany (7 -10 October 2026). 

As in the past few years, a  discounted fee for the AIPPI Swiss Day seminar that will take place on 16 April 2026 will be offered to all participants to the Study Questions.
